These SPECIAL FIT HANDBOOKS (Skirts, Slacks and Bodice/Dresses)
have been written by a professional dressmaker and teacher after
giving many Hands-on Fitting and Designing Workshops using these
unique pattern making kits.
Each Handbook contains detailed, step-by-step instructions for adjusting
the various panels to your exact measurements needed to draft a
perfect fitting garment.
The Handbooks include all the necessary instructions for fitting
and adjusting each pattern making kit. This information is important
especially for drafting a pattern for the disproportionate figure
or for other figure problems.
Each Handbook is coil-bound and includes approximately 100 pages
of complete easy-to-follow instructions.
EASY
TO USE
The dressmaking pattern templates are adjustable so you can draft
patterns for any member of the family.
To draw a personalized basic pattern simply slide the panels to
your exact measurements, lock in place by securing the knobs, and
draw around the firm edges of the adjusted template onto paper or
fabric.
Ease has already been built-in on the numbered panels.
You must add both seam and hem allowance to the outline before you
cut the fashion fabric.
