Terms of use

1. Purpose
These Terms govern use of patterners (the "Service"), including pattern and paper tools and related features.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. We may restrict access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
3. Service
The Service provides craft pattern editors, paper documents, cloud save, export, and sharing. Features may change; some require a paid plan.
4. Free / Pro and trials
Free includes limits on patterns, papers, components, layers, and pages. New accounts may receive a Pro trial. After trial, Free limits apply. Existing over-limit works are kept but only the most recently edited ones may remain editable.
5. Payment, cancel, refund
Paid subscriptions are processed through Korea PortOne (PortOne), our payment-integration processor, and partner PGs (including Toss Pay). Some payment data is entrusted to PortOne solely to process charges; see the Privacy Policy for the processor list. The Service is an online pattern-making solution (intangible digital service). The refund window, pro-rata refund on mid-term cancellation, and seller-fault refunds are as follows. The same rules are posted on the Refund policy page. (1) Change of mind: For digital content/software, a full refund is available within 7 days of payment only if the paid Service has not been used (e.g. paid editing, saving, or export). After use begins, change-of-mind refunds may be limited. (2) Mid-term cancellation of a recurring subscription: After a cancellation request, automatic renewal stops from the next billing date. If you cancel during the current paid period, we deduct the used days on a pro-rata basis and refund the unused remainder. Monthly subscriptions also guarantee a refund for the unused remainder on mid-term cancellation. (3) Seller fault (system error, material defect): If you cannot use the Service due to our system error, outage, or a material defect, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase regardless of whether you used the Service. Refunds are requested via Account settings or Contact, and processed within a reasonable number of business days.
6. Intellectual property
You retain rights to content you create. UI, software, brand, and catalog assets belong to us or licensors. Do not upload infringing content.
7. Prohibited use
No illegal content, abuse, attacks, credential sharing, payment circumvention, or unauthorized resale.
8. Disclaimer
We aim for reliable service but are not liable for outages beyond our reasonable control, including third-party auth, payment, or hosting failures, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms with notice in the Service or by email. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
