These are the typefaces you can pick in the PATTERNERS editors, with their licenses. Every one allows commercial use and embedding in websites and apps. You may sell patterns and images made with them, but not the font files themselves.
SIL Open Font License 1.1
The typefaces below are released under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (https://openfontlicense.org). Copyright belongs to each typeface's maker.
S-Core Dream
Copyright belongs to S-Core Co., Ltd. The font files may not be modified or sold. Images of print and advertising materials (including online) made with S-Core Dream may be used to promote S-Core; you can ask S-Core not to.
