Cancellation & Refund Policy

Announced October 1, 2026 · Effective October 8, 2026

This is a translation of the Korean original. If the translation and the Korean version differ, the Korean version prevails.

This policy sets out how orders for 그로브센트's paid services on patterners and Atelier pattern transactions can be withdrawn, cancelled and refunded. It forms part of the Terms of Service and the Atelier Terms; where applicable law is more favourable to members, the law applies.

1. Pro Subscription

① If you cancel within 7 days of payment and have not used any paid features (Pro-only features, saving or exporting beyond the Free limits, etc.), you get a full refund. ② If you have started using paid features, or cancel after 7 days, automatic billing stops from the next billing date and the unused days are refunded pro rata. Refund = amount paid − (amount paid ÷ days in the billing period × days used) ③ If you could not use the Service properly for reasons attributable to the Company — system errors, outages or serious defects — you get a full refund, whether or not you used it, if you apply within 7 days of payment; after that, we refund the period you could not use or extend your subscription. ④ The 7-day Pro trial at sign-up is free and therefore not refundable.

2. Tickets

When tickets are sold, the following rules apply. ① Unused tickets can be withdrawn within 7 days of purchase. ② If you have used part of a bundle, we refund the amount paid minus the tickets used, priced at the bundle's unit price. ③ A ticket used to save a pattern counts as the start of digital content delivery, so withdrawal is limited. ④ Free tickets, such as those granted at sign-up, are not refundable. ⑤ If a service fault deducts tickets by mistake, we reissue them after checking.

3. Atelier Patterns

① Free patterns: no payment is involved, so withdrawal does not apply; you can remove them from your library at any time. ② Paid patterns (once paid sales begin): you can withdraw within 7 days of purchase if you have not yet opened the pattern. ③ Opening a pattern counts as the start of digital content delivery, so withdrawal is then limited under Article 17(2)5 of the E-Commerce Act. The Company shows this on the purchase screen and lets you check the content through the cover and preview before buying. ④ If a pattern differs from how it was described or advertised, or from the contract, you may withdraw — whether or not you opened it — within 3 months of receiving it and within 30 days of when you learned or could have learned of the difference. ⑤ If a pattern won't open or its content is damaged, the artist and the Company check it and then provide a working version or a refund. ⑥ Ask about a pattern's content with “Ask the artist” on its page; send withdrawal and refund requests through Contact.

4. How to Apply

① Pro subscription: cancel or request a refund in Account settings › Manage subscription. ② Tickets, Atelier patterns and other payments: apply through Contact (support request) or by email (grovescent.rim@gmail.com). ③ Including your account email, payment date, product and reason helps us process the request quickly.

5. Refund Timing and Method

① The Company cancels the payment or refunds the amount within 3 business days of receiving a withdrawal request. ② Card payments are cancelled through the payment gateway; depending on the card issuer it may take another 3–7 business days to appear. ③ If the Company delays a refund, it also pays delay compensation at the rate set by the Enforcement Decree of the E-Commerce Act (15% per year) for the delay.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a refund issue cannot be resolved with the Company, you can seek advice or mediation from the 1372 Consumer Counseling Center (dial 1372 in Korea), the E-Commerce Mediation Committee or the Content Dispute Resolution Committee.

Addendum

This policy takes effect on October 8, 2026 and replaces the previous refund policy posted on August 22, 2026.
